Twice Baked Potatoes:
4-5 large baker potatoes of roughly same size and shape.
1 container of cream cheese
1 container of sour cream
2-3 cups of Mexi-melt cheese
Turkey Stock:
Remove meat from turkey bones and freeze bones overnight. Put bones into large pot with one box of chicken stock, fill the remainder of pot with water to cover the bones, and boil for 30 minutes uncovered. Then reduce heat to simmer, cover, and continue cooking for 2.5 hours. Remove large pieces of bone/skin and dispose of bones. Strain remainder through fine metal sieve into a glass container with a lid and store in refrigerator until cooled.
Turkey:
Bacon in Oven:
Preheat Oven to 400.
Line pan with tinfoil.
Bake 10-20 rotating after 10 minutes.
